Meal 9

Tonight's meal was "scrambled omelettes"....basically scrambled eggs with lots of yummy vegetables, and topped with melted cheese.  I started by sauteeing onion & green pepper for awhile, then added the mushrooms & finally eggs. Biscuits (pillsbury frozen) with Aunt Gerties home-made blackberry jelly rounded out the meal.  It smells awesome in this house & everybody got some vegetables, protein & dairy into their diet!!
